WOW where have I been....

Oh dear bandits I've been around. Just puttering around. Joe and I (well really Joe) Painted our upstairs hallway this past weekend and it looks lovely. We are going trying to finish painting the upstairs by spring doing a room a weekend. This weekend is out but next weekend we will tackle the hall bath.

I realized I don't talk enough about my love love love of peanut butter. Well dear friends I realized this week that I am NOT a fan of Peter Pan peanut butter (sorry) It has no taste and a weird texture. My favorite is Skippy then Jiff and then believe it or not the store brand peanut butters aren't bad such as Shoprite, Foodtown and Wegmans. I despise all natural peanut butter the ones with the oil on the top that you have to mix. Give me chemical processed, sugar filled peanut butter please.

I also made my Febuary goal of reaching 50 sales in my shop! Happy Dance. I'm hoping to hit the movies this weekend and see Avitar. I know I'm probebly the only person on this planet that hasn't seen it. What are your plans for the weekend?

Snow again....

Ugh. I'm so ready for spring. I'm tired of shoveling, slush and snow in general. Luckily I have home access for work so I can skip the awful messy commute and work in my PJ's ( if only I could do this everyday)

So far we have about 5-8 inches here at the Jersey shore mixed with sleet. I hear it will get worse as the day goes on. This year later 2009 to now has been crazy weather across the USA. Global warming I guess.

How is the weather where you are dear readers? I hope all are safe and cozy on the eastern seaboard.

Off to shovel (yeah! NOT)

I did watch the game but I also did this......(Have to love Snowy weekends with no place to go) Arriving in the shop shortly....

Another weekend gone gone gone...

Hey Bandits. When you work full time and run a business on the side, spending your work days thinking "If I were home I could do this that and the other thing", weekends are a precious commodity.

Sunday nights are the worst for me, it's the realization that I have to wake up tomorrow commute 2 hours (1 way) sit at a desk for 8 hours and then commute back home the 2 hours it took to get there. I know I'm lucky to have a job in this economy and I can't complain about my boss what so ever. I do as I please. I just wish i didn't have to travel so much to do it. I'm still trying to convince him to let me work from home at least 1 day a week I'd love 3. OK I'm babbling.

My point is I have to cram alot in two days. Joe and I alwasy say to each other" wasn't it just friday night?" "What happened?" Luckly Joe leaves me to my craft/office on Sundays to paint away. Here is what I did today.....

Lots of pendants. A Cheer girl play doll set and a Princess Cake topper. They will be slowly making their way into the SHOP tonight and tomorrow.

Oh pretty please can I have it?

While browsing the Internet today at work (I really should be ahem working) I came across the most DIVINE little houses. If I had property I would love to have one of these tiny cottages for my very own where I could escape and craft.

These amazing houses are made by La Petite Maison I don't see a price but I'm sure they are super expensive. Maybe if I hit the lottery one day. Here is one of my favorites. It has running water, media room and sun room!






Zoey wouldn't mind having this little Dog house for her own either....
